Personal Information Name: Kagamine, Rin Age: 12 Gender: Female Village: Kirigakure Appearance Information Height: 5'0 Weight: 115lbs Looks Image: | Spoiler: | | |
 |
Looks Description: Rin is fairly short for her age, standing at around 5'0. She is slim and small boned, appearing to not have much muscle... but, that's entirely opposite - Rin is very strong, even if she doesn't look it. Her torso is also slim, and her bust is rather small. Rin has semi-spiky light blonde hair just to her shoulders, usually with barrettes holding it out of her face on the left side. If she didn't have barrettes in, she would have a fringe covering her left eye(Kind of like Deidara... except, not nearly as long.) On her head she wears a white bow, that surprisingly stays on her head even when she is fighting. As another accessory, Rin also wears white headphones on her head, so she can listen to music when she is off missions. For her eyes, Rin's eyes are a light turquoise, somewhere in between ocean blue and seafoam green. Her eyelashes are long and black despite being a natural blonde, while her eyebrows are blonde enough to look as if they aren't there. She has long fingers usually used for playing on instruments, that the nails are coloured yellow. Her toenails are also coloured yellow. Her attire usually consists of a white and gray school uniform shirt with a yellow bow attached, and dark gray short shorts. On those shorts, Rin wears her Kirigakure headband strapped to her waist, with a yellow coloured fabric. On her arms, she has sleeves from her elbow to past her wrist, the same shade of gray as her shorts. For her feet and shins, Rin wears knee highs that are also the same shade as her sleeves and shorts, with white ninja sandals.
Personality Information Personality Description: Rin appears to have a very close personality to Deidara, but with a different speech impediment: she says "Yeah" at the end of sentences or "eh" instead of "Un" and "Hmm". Her personality differs from his with being level headed and calm, but at the same time happy and cheerful. Moreover, her personality is like Tobi's - she is carefree, and acts idiotic just to annoy her teammates or close friends. Also similar to Deidara, she has a great love for art. But her art is more into music. She views that true art is the art of emotion, and putting those emotions into words is a great form of it. She loves all forms of art, from puppetry to explosives. But, she is not close to idiotic at all - differing from her twin she thinks before she acts, and will not let arrogance get in the way of her fighting. Rin does not like to fight, and will rather refrain from it than fight a useless battle - one thing she hates is seeing others in pain. Because of this, she'll try to immobilize an opponent quickly with taijutsu. She is also very empathetic to others, and specializes in tracking through emotion from words, body language, etc... because of this, she can spot lies very easily. Because of her empathy, she is great for helping out in tough times. When she gets worked up, Rin will talk passionately - words come easy to her when she's in the right mood. Likes: Oranges, peace, music, water/swimming, yellow, art, sushi, helping others, winning in general. Dislikes: Attention seekers, losing, sand, leeks, sake, seeing others or friends in pain, zombie movies. Lifetime Goals: To become Mizukage Role: Rin wants the role of leader to keep Kirigakure in a state of peace, to help the next generation to create a peace after that, and so on. She feels that she deserves higher ranked missions, even the rank of chunnin - but, not Mizukage rank yet. She knows that she is too inexperienced for that. For social role, she's the type of person you can count on to help you out of sad times, and get advice from.

-Name: Hidden Mist Technique Rank: D Type: Nin Class: Supplementary Element: Water Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the Ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist colored by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dÅjutsu.

History and RP Sample History:
Pre-Academy Arc:
| Spoiler: | | | Rin was pretty lonely before academy - she was separated from her family, growing up without them. But, throughout her pre-academy arc she had no idea that she was the eight tailed beasts' host - she thought that she was shunned because people thought she had to do something with her families mysterious disappearance. She constantly would act as if she didn't notice that she was being shunned, and would go out of her way to do nice things for the village just so people would notice her. At the moment she was living alone, but ninja would supply her with her needs grudgingly. Rin soon became inspired by ninja in general. She wanted to be looked up at by villagers as a hero, and not shunned anymore. She would constantly try to play "ninja" with the other children, but they ran away from her every time she attempted. Until one time, a boy asked if she would like to play. Rin was dumbstruck - why would someone ask to play with her, after all of the other children wouldn't? She accepted, and soon they became close friends. Rin soon learned that he was a genin. He began teaching her basic taijutsu skills - information on vital points, where to hit, how to stay balanced and keep your guard up, how to run quickly. This furthered Rin's ambition to become a ninja, and soon she signed up to join the Academy after getting funds from the Mizukage. Unfortunately, the day before Rin joined the academy she found out her friend was killed during a mission. She took this hard, but didn't show it to others - she continued smiling, as if she wasn't sad at all. Rin knew that others didn't care, and didn't want to bother them with her sadness. |
Academy Arc:
| Spoiler: | | | Rin found it hard to harness her ability over chakra control at first, but she managed only barely. Her true strengths lay in taijutsu, and she trained rigorously at it. Rin was also seen to be one of those students who rarely skipped class. She was the quiet one of the group, the one who smiled even if she failed miserably. Rin maintained this cheerful attitude until one day when she ran into a group of other children, in the same class as her. They picked on her, and taunted her until she asked what the hell they wanted. They merely laughed, and began teasing her about how she would never fit in, and how Rin would always be a monster. After this Rin appeared more apathetic than usual, not bothering to act happy when she wasn't. She began hating the facade she put over herself, and allowed herself to act with whatever emotions she felt. Rin began becoming more of a class clown, and constantly skipped class to train her taijutsu. She did crazy things - even putting graffiti over the Mizukage's house and statue. She made a promise to herself - Rin wouldn't let others treat her badly, and would show the other people in the village that she isn't some monster by becoming Mizukage. From this experience Rin matured a lot. She understood where she stood in the new shinobi world, and became much more open minded. With this, she also became empathetic. Rin grew a great love for music and art - constantly she was seen listening to music and creating music, also grew an idea of her own ultimate art. She viewed the ultimate way to express emotion was through art, music, or even writing. At Rin's twelfth year, she graduated from the Academy into genin ranks, with one goal: to become Mizukage so people would come to respect her, instead of fear and shun her.

| Spoiler: | | | Haku was generally your typical demon at the first fifty years of her existence - everything she knew was opposite from your world, from being born on the Sixth Plane of Mirror Gate. She had never before visited the human world, and viewed it as everything her twin brother Dell told her - a place that was horrible, and barbaric that would do anything to destroy your home and your kin, anything demonic. She believed him, and resented the humans for the first fifty years of her life. In the demonic realm, she was considered a titan - she lived off of other demons' pain, her own, and thrived off of the thought of chaos... everything she had come to know. Haku allowed nobody to mess with her, or her twin brother, Dell. But it was on her hundredth year she had discovered a way to get out of the Mirror Realm - after harnessing her abilities over shadow, she was able to open a portal into the human realm. The first time she entered the human realm was at the end of the medieval era. She was stunned at how different the human realm was - what was Haku's night, was Earth's day. The people had body temperature, and weren't freezing to touch. Even the water was nourishing, where in her realm water was poison. She became inspired at how lively and different the world was, and tried to mimic it - she learned how to change her form into an albino human body, and tried to copy their way of life. One of the first people she met was an albino girl whose very presence made Haku feel what she would recognize later as happiness, who seemed to smile even though all the pain and suffering she's seen in her life. But, nothing lasts forever. Soon Haku had to return back to the Sixth Gate to her brother, Dell, who was angry at her absence for several days. She kept her discovery a secret, and told him that she went to visit the other realms. Of course, her twin didn't buy it, but he didn't let her know that. The second time Haku went into the human realm her brother had followed her without her knowing, and shadowed her every movement. It was when she tried to see what a human's Church would be like that he appeared in front of her. "Why do you indulge yourself with these... barbarians?" He asked her, already in a boy-version of Haku's human appearance. Haku was surprised to what she recognized as feeling sadness, that at the time she didn't know what it was. When she didn't respond to his question, Dell simply laughed. "I'll show you exactly what humans do to our kind..." With that Dell transformed into his demonic appearance, being rewarded by screams from the villagers. "No, they can learn to understand us!" Haku pleaded, the new feeling intensifying until she had what she learned were tears streaming down her face. "They will never understand our kind!" Dell bellowed, the shadows around him moving as if on their own accord. Haku desperately tried to counter his shadows, but failed - he was too powerful for her at the time. She watched helpless as he tore apart the villagers limb from limb with his shadows, occasionally throwing a few bodies at her. Countless shadow-figures stepped out of the shadows, joining the massacre leaving nobody - women, children, men - alive. Eventually, only one of the humans were left alive out of the thousands that lived in the village. She trembled, covered in the gore of her family and strangers. Haku remembered her as one of the first villagers she met - an albino that inspired Haku to vaguely copy her appearance. Almost as if reading Haku's thoughts, Dell spoke. "Inspiration? Is that what you've lowered yourself to? We don't need inspiration." He hissed, grabbing the albino by her blood-soaked hair, once snow-white. A crazed smile spread across his bloodied face, his blood red eyes dancing. "No..." "Aw, begging? I'll make her scream, and you can bask in those emotions you think are so important." He spat the word emotion out like it was a disease, his draconic tail wrapping around the girls' arm. When it moved away, her skin appeared to peel off with it. The albino bit her lip to the point that it bled, though not letting Haku's brother hear her scream. "Don't! We can be better than this, we could live along-side humans if you just tri--" "Shut up! Can't you see?! We live off of chaos! We live off of the pain of those low-life barbarians, we strive for it. Without it, you'd be nothing - you'd be like one of them." With that, his hand grabbed the neck of the albino, in response her shadows burrowed violently into her skin. "No!!" Haku screamed, but it was too late. The shadows began tearing themselves out of the girl, rewarding Dell with a scream of pure agony. Within that moment, a large shadow appeared to move over Haku solely - the ground shook, the shadows underneath reacting to Haku's pain and anger. Before Dell could react, the ground around him broke off in a circular abyss, leaving him in the center on a small island of rock. "Aw, did I push little sis's buttons?" "Shut. The. Fuck. Up." Haku spat menacingly, the very shadows from the abyss seeming to lurch at him, reforming within a matter of seconds into needle shapes that rained down on her twin brother. She collapsed onto her knees in a pool of blood, tears now freely streaming down her white face. She gasped to sense the shadow needles hit something though it was too large to be Dell - but she knew what they hit. Somehow, Dell had gotten out. Haku clutched her hand to her heart as if to stop the feeling of it tearing apart, trembling. New feelings she didn't know she was capable of assaulted her - she felt as if her heart suddenly became heavy after being shot multiple times, and now is tearing apart. But is that possible? If my heart was shot, it would be lighter because skin would have been torn apart... Haku shook her head. That didn't make any sense. Soon she realized that this pain wasn't physical - it was purely mental, and for some strange reason Haku couldn't fathom it appeared to focus over her heart. Soon she stopped trembling as she lay on her side, appearing to be oblivious of the fact that she's laying in the now-cool pool of the blood from strangers. Humans. She remembered thinking, bringing her knees up to her chest. Her crimson red eyes remained wide, tears falling freely as if to no end. Why... Haku blinked, her tears appearing to have stopped. She knew why - her twin hated the thought of humans, and hated the thought of Haku having anything to do with them. What comes natural to demons to express their hate? Massacre. The feeling of pain over her heart was soon mixed with what she knew too well - hate and resentment. She resented the thought of who she once thought was her friend - Dell. "Hey! There's a survivor!" Haku's thoughts were broken at the sound of the heavy English accent of a man, soon followed by the sound of boots running on cobblestone. She made no attempt to look at them - she couldn't find the will to get up again, let alone turn. "It's a girl... you okay?" One of the men asked, reaching for her before he gasped. Apparently he saw the abyss. "She looks pretty beaten up. Whatever came must have been a demon." A more confident voice spoke, putting a hand on Haku's side. She flinched in response at the unnaturally hot touch of a human in response, not yet used to coming in contact with them. "Where are you hurt?" "I'm.. fine." She managed, not sounding exactly believable. ***
After that day, Haku had taken to living in the human world and traveling. Where she had come out of the demon realm, she later learned to be called 'England'. She roamed from village to village, doing minor jobs to get money, and protecting whatever village she could whenever she encountered demons. Though, she never stood in one place for too long - she was too afraid that her brother, Dell, would reappear and kill the village she was residing in. Soon Haku found a great love for music and art - she invested her time in learning how to train her voice and learn various instruments. The only downside to her living on Earth is that she constantly had to move around, or fake her death when people got suspicious of her. More than once Haku came close to being burned at the stake for being accused of being a witch. By the seventeenth century Haku had found herself in Japan, vaguely certain that Dell wouldn't be attacking anytime soon. But, she was still cautious - she opened no portals, and wouldn't even shadow travel. She kept shadow manipulation down to a minimum, because when she does a demon tends to appear nearby somehow. But Haku eventually didn't want to run away anymore. Instead, she opened a portal to the Sixth Gate and stepped inside to find the area strewn with the corpses of high level demons. She searched through the piles with her blood red eyes, though was certain that Dell wasn't there - if whoever did this was powerful enough, knowing him, he'd run away with his tail in between his legs. There she met two humans that she learned to be demon slayers like the slayers she met so many times on Earth, and didn't attack. Instead, she greeted them, not appearing phased when Alester pointed his blade at her. After convincing them that she was on their side, Haku soon helped them with sealing each plane within a gate. She was placed in the supreme council, and stood at the sidelines helping demon slayers she encountered and freeing the world of any that may have passed into the human realm. Until today, that is. In modern times, Haku lives her life as a vocalist - in concerts, she tries to see if any of the audience are demon slayers, allowing her presence alone to activate their weapons. This worked on several occasions, and more if Haku had missed and demon slayers in the crowds. But now the gates have failed, she feels the same fear she knew so many years ago: where is Dell?
