Looks Description: Personality Information Personality Description:Normally, Hikaru is stoic and silent usually listening to everyone around him, instead of being the one listened to, he does this so he is never behind in a conversation and is able to make a comment on his thoughts when needed. He can be active in a conversation however should the situation arose that he would need to be able to, which is very rare indeed. A particular trait of this Shinobi is his tendency to answer with an attack rather then an actual response especially if you stand in his way of something he wants. This attack first answer later persona obviously shows the type of person that Hikaru is, which is not very admirable to most people, however he does try to embody what a Shinobi should be. However as emotionless as Hikaru trys to be, it simply pushes out his emotions more, just revealing that they are there to begin with. Though he can kill without remorse and in an instant, he still feels the pang of longing for what life with a purpose rather then just killing would be. However the fact that his own body betrays him, by the very fact he was to become a soulless killing machine that was going to help take over the world, by force. This killing machine aura is easily felt when he is in a battle, especially one with an enemy of his village. It brings about a feeling of coldness and colorlessness, as if the world lay still in a pool of black and white, nothing is abstract or focused on anything besides the man, Hikaru, trying to kill you. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

History and RP Sample History: Pre-Academy Arc:- Spoiler:
Upon the birth of Hikaru, he was put into a horrible situation, his village of Kirigakure had not been quiet formed yet, however there were many leaders in the small towns that his parents grew up in. His mother was Pregnant at the time as his father was trying to get the small settlement along with many other near by out of the bay in which they inhabited. They were going to sail to the large island due east of the Fire Country, in which they had been chased out of.
However just as he was loading up his half of the town onto a ship a large blast erupted in the background taking out all of the buildings that resigned in what use to be their homes. The people immediately began to panic loading themselves on the boats as fast as possible many people were killed in the panic falling off the boat onto the ground tens of feet below. The site pained Yakichi, Hikaru to see, so much so, that he decided to put his only talent to use.
Gripping his hands together into fists he walked to the village to fight the bijuu and figure out a way to rid them from it all together. Though at the time, he was just a town's leader he is also a Shinobi of great skill rivalable of the Kage, and Jounin of the large villages. Just before he was going to head off to fight the great beast he heard a loud cry to turn aound and see his wife had been shoved off the boarding area for the boats. Quickly fueled by this injustice he ran to the boat forming seals on his way to it, he used a Water Jutsu, to pierce the bottoms of the boat just barely enough so they wouldn't notice it. They would all drown in a horrible sight.
Feeling his revenge but no relief from his sadness hikaru went to his wife crying asking what he could do to save her unforunately all she could say was that she could no longer feel anything below her neck. His first thought was that the baby would be killed if she could not push him out, after they both agreed what needed to happen they kissed one last time before he plunged a kunai into her neck killing her instantly, so she would not endure her last moments of life in pain.
After getting the baby out, in such a gorey way the young Shinobi would never be able to live now, with knowing what he'd done to the woman he loved, he walked towards the Bijuu. Fear had no meaning, power, was non existant, revenge, was all that mattered. The large fox like demon had roared towards the man and his sleeping baby, which woke it up with a startle. Placing his son on a nearby boulder he looked towards the Bijuu who was apparently waiting on him to make the first move, which would be his last as well.
Quickly forming the nessecarry seals, Hikaru preformed a Sealing jutsu, unknown to the land by all those aside from the Rokku Sennin. As he finished the last few hand signs he sighed looking over to his son, who's seals were now visible on his shoulder. As he finished the last few parts of his jutsu all time seemed to stop but just for a moment as the Shinigami, Death God, appeared, seemingly tearing the soul out of both Hikaru and the Kyuubi who was using all of his limitless power trying to escape but to no avail as the Shinigami simply began to crush his Physical body leaving only his soul which was not equal to that of Hikaru and after hearing so, Hikaru told the Shinigami to place the soul of the Kyuubi within the seal he drew on his son. For the price of his life.
Once both figures were gone a bright flare immediately went off in the baby's position, apparently planned by his father to go off after a certain amount of time. It was nearly the next day before a couple found the baby crying on the rock for someone to get him, the Couple picked up him noticing both a scroll and money. The note read the boys name was to be Yakichi, Hikaru in a woman's hand writing, and the money had a note that read to go to Kirigakure. And with over one hundred thousand Ryo they could get there in comfort.
Academy Arc:- Spoiler:
Years later Hikaru had become a fasonating kid that was always doing something or into some kind of trouble most pulling pranks. However he was so sneaky and able to do all these pranks without hitch that it was scarey the kind of Shinobi the kid could be. So both of his parents suggested so, and the Kage at the time, an older beared man, privately came to the boy and told him, he'd live like a king if he did so.
The promise of riches and fame took the young Kyuubi holder easily and before his seventh birthday he was in the Academy. Even though he quiet popular in school because of his amazing tai-jutsu skills and pure stamina to be able to go longer then anyone else in his class, they all always wondered what was up with his whiskers. Not knowing himself he simply told them all it was just a really rad birth mark.
Most of the kids at school agreed thinking it was cool as well.

Genin Arc:- Spoiler:
Not surprisingly Hikaru was able to pass the Academy when he was eleven displaying amazing prowess in every facet as a shinobi, however he did have a problem on performing lower powered jutsu. Instead of perfroming the Bunshin in his test he performed the MizuBunshin taught to him by the Mizukage who noticed his problem and immediately began to look up on it. Which yielded more results then he would have ever guessed.
Something he knew was true, was collaberated along with the rest of the information he gathered, part of which was that his parents found him. An obvious fact by the look of his parent who were both naturally darked haired while young Hikaru was a silver colo even as a kid. His body struture also didnt match up with his parents but was more suitable to that of Shinobi Parents, so obviously his father must have been a greatly skilled Shinobi.
After digging more information the Mizukage had confirmed that Hikaru was named after his father who was a student of the Rokku Sennin. He had also discovered his father was the cause of an entire boat sinking to the bottom of the ocean on it's way to Kiri's island, before it was a village. The reason for the evacuation was an attack from, the Kyuubi, who had after that night dissappeared. After reading that bit of information the Mizukage was shocked so much he dropped the scroll containing the information.
He then turned to the Genin Graduation picture of Hikaru on his desk and looked, especially at the whisker marks, and canine smile. All examples of the Kyuubi's influence over the boy, terrifyed and excited by the implications, the Mizukage decided he would not tell the boy of his power, but would use it to better the village.
Chuunin Exam:- Spoiler:
Hikaru had become the number one Rookie, the first ever, in Kiri's history and arguably the future greatest shinobi of all time, by his rising skill level. On the few C rank missions his team was placed on, his teammates hardly had to move, as he would quickly and effectively take care of any threat using his enhanced senses helped as well. The few times he had ever been hit or damaged his wounds healed almost as soon as he stopped fighting, which brought about questions from his team mates the Hikaru could not answer.
During the Exam it was much more simple then it is in most Shinobi villages, instead of going through a lot of tests they are simply pitted against other teams in different situations and the winner passes, the teams that do the best get promoted. In Hikaru's first test they were pitted against a team who was very similar to their own in skill level but they did no have Hikaru. Once it began the situation was that Hikaru had been caught and trapped, and his two teammates had to figure out a way to get to him and free him before the time was up.
So both teams wouldnt have too much information however, there is a list of possible objectives that both teams have. So they would have to act in a way that they could moniter every attempt and not just one. Hikaru was watching boredly as the test began, normally he would have broken out of the ropes, but they had placed more and thicker ropes on him, knowing how strong the young shinobi is. This of course made him laugh slightly to himself and be somewhat prideful of his strong abilities.
An unsuspecting card was thrown in the mist however, the Mizukage had switch the intended card for the second team which read to kill the weakest member. Not to argue with their job the team of genin had done as they were told and when the other team began to try and free Hikaru they began to strike with deadly intentions, which Hikaru caught on to quickly and immedaitely tried to break free.
The heavier bonds however made it impossible and Hikaru had to watch as the female member of his team had her throat slit just feet away from him nearly able to free him. The blood splatterd across his face tears rolled down his cheeks in a flood of water, and then he snapped completely. A large whirlwind of chakra exploded around the white haired boy causing his hair to become even more unruly, and the whiskers on his cheeks became deeper and more realistic. His Canine teeth enlongnated as well as his nails, it was then he quickly busted out of the bonds that held him.
After he escaped the fifteen year old quickly attacked the Genin squad killing them all in a gorey mess that covered the entire areana in blood. After this vicious killing the entire village was no longer in love with the Passed Chuunin, Hikaru, but infact rather enraged and hateful to him, many tried to kill him by their own hands and simply ended up killed themselves.
Chuunin Arc:- Spoiler:
Though his other team mate made it out of the chuunin exams alive he was permantly injured having blindness in his left eye, and no mobility out of his right arm. He also no longer spoke to Hikaru blaming him for the death of his girlfriend, who was their third member of their team. This hurt Hikaru who was now being hated by everyone in the village and the Mizukage had found the card and said it had traces of Leaf Village materials on it, claiming it to be an attempt by the to sabotage their village.
Jounin Exam:Jounin Arc:- Spoiler:
Due to his amazing skill as a Chuunin the Mizukage had decided to promote him via his direct power over the village. It was at this time the Mizukage hoped that the boy now eighteen would be over his friends death. After all he now had the highest number of enemy kills by a Chuunin, so he had hoped that he had immersed himself nto his work. It was at this time tht the Mizukage went on to tell Hikaru that the reason everyone hated him was the fact his father had sealed a mystical creature of fully unknown power within him, in order to save the immigrants to Kirigakure.
He also continued and told him that he now had the power to do whatever he wished he was as powerful as himself he continued on trying to butter him up even more to his aide. Which by the pain and shock on the New Jounin's face looked like an easy desiscion with no where else to turn. He then went on to say that he had himself switched out the cards to see if he was able to access the abilities of the Kyuubi.
It was at this moment something snapped in Hikaru, his face no longer pained or shocked just stoic and still, he then asked how long the Mizukage had this information. He quickly answered since he became a Genin, Hikaru's eyes turned slightly red, and he felt the power rush through him so he closed his eyes enough so their color could not be seen. He then asked the Mizukage for his cigarettes which were on his desk, which the Mizukage happily agreed to do, he had won his monster and he was going to rule the shinobi world whether anyone was there to stop him or not.
