Description: Fuuton Explosion is a secret technique developed by Hikaru while on his self exiled training around the Shinobi world and in his travels especially in Suna where he learned how to manipulate his Fuuton Chakra Affinty even further. He uses his Fuuton affinty chakra to create a wave of Wind swirling around his body and on command he can cause the wave to blast out in all directions with it's large amount of strength it can easily pick apart bodies killing most Genin and weak Chuunin on impact. This extremely strong attack has nearly no defense which can only be disrupted by a Wind, or Lightning Attack equal to it's own strength. Or A doton Defensive Jutsu of its same rank.

S Rank Jutsu: 25 points. Destoryer Perk= 50% Ninjutsu ANBU Perk= 50% Ninjutsu= 0 points.

It doesn't seem like a solely offensive jutsu but more of a defense jutsu. Noted by the fact that it swirls around your body and lashes out, that would be a defensive tactic. Thus, I think it is defensive.
