A new rule.

Due to the impossibility to have a certain number of genin and Jounin to make well fitted teams i figure to allow these to work on a mission basis.

Meaning that. Genin can be trained by whoever will take them on.

And Jounin and above can take whoever they want to, to train, with a maximum of three people.

First of all, aside from Kage's the ranks will be hard to get other then Genin and AS. But AS wont be mentioned

It starts out with Jounin and genin open. Now after the FIRST Jounin.

We will only be accepting ONE Jounin per THREE Genin.
And ONE Chuunin per TWO Jounin.
ANBU are chosen by The Kage's of their village.

Earlier today I received a text from Uzumaki Zen (Brad) telling me that his internet was cut off for some reason and that until he can return that I am in charge of the site. This means if you have a problem with the Admins or the site then you may come to me rather than Brad until he is able to return.

With the confusion of stat applications and what each one does we are ridding the site of the Chakra Control stat and now leaving Chakra Control in the Intelligence area as well.

Currently, konoha is a good size, so anyone that has already started an app who does NOT have their app finished by the 27th cannot be accepted in Konoha.

The only available villages now are Kiri, Suna, Iwa, and Kumo.

Kage is Open in Iwa, Suna, and Kumo.
Jounin are open in Suna and Iwa,
Genin are open in all four.
