Looks Description: His general Appearance is casual. He stands tall at 6 foot 5 inch and weighs 205 pounds. Jins skin is somewhat pale to a eggshell white tone. His body is nicely defined and could be send to be quite the athlete. He has long lustrous blonde hair, bangs reaches the chin and the back portions reach to the middle of his back. The eyes are in an oval shape, and the iris's are neon cyan [Not using pictures eye color]. Nose is about average shape, same as ears and mouth.

Starting with his under clothing, he wears black colored boxers, and white socks. On top of those he wears a dark gray shirt, dark gray Pants, and dark gray ninja sandals. The pants are baggy and have deep and sturdy pockets to hold random things in. Around the waist is a belt, does nothing but make him look more fashionable. Finally, the last piece of the outfit Is a long red cloak with white straps going all the way around it. The only other thing is a clan medallion on a chain. It is a cone shape, made of steel with a wing etched into it.

Personality Description: Jins persona changes from time to time. Some times he likes to be around the villagers and interact, some days he just wants to be alone and goes to hide, and on the rest of the days he walks around but is hiding the fact that this part of him hates people and wants to rid the world of them. The villagers themselves havnt seen that side of him yet, since he hides it in.

During his peaceful moods, you can find him out interacting with the public, helping those in need. He is often happy and has a small smile upon his face. Along with spending time with the villagers he tends to wonder into the lightning countries wilderness and interacts with some of the local animals. The peaceful days are filled with no stress to him, and is joyful and nothing could ruin it, except an attack on the village, or a unsuccessful B-rank or higher mission. This is a day to try your luck and request something of him.

During one of the alone days, he is either out of the village hiding, or in his office working on paper work, and other kage like duties. While he is away, his usual hiding spot is near a mountain range where he can spend time to think or just be there. On these days, its sometimes sunny, which only worsens his mood. Normally, he doesn't eat anything either.

Lastly is his horrible side. Here a inner voice is craving blood and battle, wanting to kill everyone around him, or at least hurt them. This isn't the best quality for a Kage, so he keeps it bottled in and tries to pretend things are fine. He tends to over eat on these days to help stop the urges.
Likes: Storms, walks around village, and art.
Dislikes: Sunny days, paper work [contradicting huh? xD]
Lifetime Goals: Live to die of old age.

History:

Pre-Academy Arc:
A White light shone into jins tiny eyes. He was at the hospital and just came out of his mother. The lights were bright, and noises were faint and blotchy. The newborn baby was crying its head off as he rested in his mothers arms. Both the parents smiled to him and discussed a name. After a few minutes of arguing on what name to give him, they decided on Jin. The pre-academy years went by rather fast. First his 1 year birthday popped up and next thing anyone knows, he's walking and talking through the village of Kumogakure. Then his Second, third, forth, fifth and Sixth birthdays all past. Jin living and growing through the 6 year, enjoying the time he spent with his parents. Around the middle of the year His parents signed him up for the Academy and would be partaking in the school.

Academy Arc:
Day one at the academy was about what could be expected for a new student. He stays quiet, the teacher explains the lesson plan and starts off by trying to get to know one another.
