Description: After using Metal Wire Manipulation, the user can place Wind Chackra at the tips of the wires, making them capable of piercing through hard substances without using a large amount of chakra. After piercing an object, the user can expand the wind chakra while the tip is inside to do more damage.

Flying Stringed Shuriken Technique: I think this would work better with kunai because whilst spinning shuriken will most likely be entwined with the wire. You just can't put 'Somehow the shurikens can still spin even though being on a string.' without explaining how.

Metal Wire Manipulation: Can you create these wires in weapon creation and buy them with some sort of chakra conducting material from the selection. it would be better if you had the chakra conducting wire because you can't channel chakra into any wire.

Wind Piercing Wire: Similar to metal wire manipulation, it's approved but you need to create the chakra conducting wire.
