Personality Description:Sai can be serious when he wants to be, but normally he is dramatic and emotional. His out of place personality drives him to think things through before taking action. He is sometimes mistaken for a women; his persona is not macho or even the slightest bit modern day player. Sai has a great repect for the people above him and below him. The way he grew up with his mother was the reason for his dramatic senses, but Sai takes on the passion his father had for the next generation to come. He may not show his true feelings, but you can easily read his despracy when cornered in battle and debates. Sai is a gental person who cares about the people around him. He will do almost anything for his family and friends. Sai has no desire to become Tsuchikage; he aspires to perfect the people rather than himself.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. Description: This jutsu os the strongest and most valuable in strategic capability. The user can be skilled in either ninjutsu or fuuinjutsu. For Fuuinjutsu the user creates a large seal that acts as a trap, once placed the user can activate it from 40 feet away. It can be consealed under the ground or isn plan sight. Once activated it will bind a target by boxing them up in stone. This can be activated a total of 5 times before the seal looses power. The user can deactivate this seal to break any target out of a box. Each box of stone is one foot thick but can be adjusted to the hight and width of the targets. For ninjutsu the user cast their chakra in a 30 foot area to create the same mechanical trap. This will last 5 posts then the terrain is permanate the way it has been used.

Description: The usr places their hands on a wall. That wall is reinforced with chakra and a barrier is created. It will block up to 40 strength and B rank jutsu. For as long as the user keeps their arms on the wall, the seal stays activated. The full range of effect is 10 feet from the user. At A rank it can block up to 50 strength and A rank jutsu and effects 15 feet away on the givin wall.

Description: This technique is a trap setup that can keep target'(s') feeet from leaving the ground. The user must place their hand on the ground and keep it there until the target is within 10 feet. Jumping over the area of effect is possible if one can jump far enough. The target is bound for as long as the user keeps their hand on the ground. At A rank the user can use their foot instead of their hand. But they themselves cannot move. The range is down graded to 5 feet aswell since one's foot is not as effeicent for chakra conduction.

Description: Utilizing one's chakra as a conductr, the user must make contact with a target. Once the user has touched the target a seal is created on the surface of contact. That seal can be activated to stop an ememy from moving and they are immobelized of two of their posts. The seal is perminate and can be on a target for 5 posts before the seal down grades to one post of being bound. It can last one topic but no longer than that. It will wear off if the topic ends. The target can expell a B rank amount of chakra to counteract the seal and break it.

Description: The user preforms three hand seals to seal an immobile object into a scroll. At C rank the user can only seal things the size of weapons, at B the things the size of large animals, at A the things the size of houses and at S the things the size of a bijuu.(not to be confused that one can, seal a bijuu with this jutsu, only things in the approximate size.) A scroll is required to be the medium of the seal. The size of the scroll also matters a small scroll can be used for B rank and lower, while a large, 2 foot wide scroll full of fuuinjutsu symbols is needed for A rank and S rank. No D rank exsists.

Name: Lightning Cutter

Element: Lightning
Description: The user focuses chakra into a chakra conductin weapon and that weapon can cut through almost anything. This lasts for one post but the user may continue to release a C rank amount of chakra into the weapon. The limitation is that the weapon can be blocked by wind conducting weapons and has trouble deflecting wind style. If someone touches the weapon they wil recieve a 30 volt shock. (Kind of similar to Ash and Pikachu in the early days of gotta catch em all, and I mean all.)
History and RP Sample
History: Pre-Academy Arc:When Sai was born, he had a twin. His brother was his best friend and they were unseperable from each other. They played many games and grew to know each other's strengths and weaknesses. Sai was younger by only a few minutes, but he and his brother never cared to see who was better. Sai was without a father because his mother was rapped and left for dead. It was because of the Tsuchikage and the Iwa village that she survived. His clan had been whiped out by war and was only a hidden clan with many jutsu lost to the dead. Sai's mother was able to survive giving birth to twins, but she was unable to provid for them. Sai and his brother often venged for themselves and the other kids their age. When Sai's mother was unable to give them a roof, Sai was interested in becoming a shinobi. Sai's brother shared that choice and their destiny changed.
Academy Arc:In the academy Sai and his brother started a compotition between themselves. It drove them higher than their teachers could teach them, additionally Sai was well adapt to learning and his intellegance was well developed even at his young age. Sai's brother studied at the same level of difficulty making them part of the top of their generation. After their first few years, their rivalry was well intigrated in their lives and they challenged each other.
Sai was defeated by his brother and became recognized as the older sibling. Sai pushed himself farther than before to learn the basic jutsu of all shinobi and eventually was able to graduate the academy at the age of 11, along with his brother. The genin exam wasn't difficult for Sai; he learned exceeding greater than those his age, but his brother had done the same.
Genin Arc:When Sai was separated from his brother, it gave him room to grow as an individual. He took up kenjutsu since his brother wass more adapt to taijutsu. Sai was afraid of harming his brother during their matches and would often throw the battle by taking hits. This rased his ability to take hits as often as other genin. Sai's team was well formed. Sai took the leader position in his team and lead them to successful missions. They avoided the chuunin exams to learn the genin level ninjutsu and to train for the difficult path ahead. Sai was able to give his team a pep talk to encourage them to take the exam.
Chuunin Exam:The first part of the exams were easy for Sai, but his team struggled beside him. The writen test hadn't been trouble since Sai was well learned in the shinobi arts, but the second exam was too much for them. They didn't reach the third stage because their scroll had been stollen in a small fight. Sai felt reqponsible for their defeat. Sai's brother didn't make chuunin but his team went all the way to the preliminary round.
Later Sai had trained harder inbattle, even to the point of injuring himself. When they attempted the exams again, Sai's team was able to go all the way along with his brother's team. The preliminary round was difficult for Sai but all of his training and growth was enough to win him a slot in the finals unfortunatly Sai was pit against his brother in the next match. Sai had the advantage with kenjutsu, but secretly his brother had taken on their clan ninjutsu. Sai was introuble for the first few minutes with his brother hurdling boulders at him. Sai was alble to divert the stones by dodgeing them and getting his brother to wear out his chakra. Sai knew defeating his brother would crush him; his brother was unsure of becoming a shinobi or helping their mother. Sai took a hit and let his brother gain the advantage in battle. In a way Sai had thrown the match by letting his brother injure him. The jounin spectators and some of the chuunin noticed that Sai didn't evade as much as the start of the match and that the strategic plan Sai used would eventually topple over his older brother. It was decided that Sai would become a chuunin. Sai lost to his brother when he resigned in the match. he didn't point the obvious flaws out to his brother, in hope to evade his brother's early retirment.
Instead Sai's brother had noticed the plan from the beggining and knew he would loose. When Sai resigned he made it his choice to keep moving forward since he thought his brother was being kind to him. He defeated his next opponet and was able to use a similar plan his brother did to win and was taken as a chuunin aswell.
Chuunin Arc:Sai was the only one in his team to make chuunin. He would beable to take his team on rather difficult missions more often. When one of his comrads was injured during a mission, Sai felt respoinsible for the near failure and death. He knew his brother would be attempting the Jounin exams, but he didn't want to keep their rivalry going. It was Sai's sensei that expressed his thoughts to Sai. He said that the only way to keep other moving forward is to follow right behind. As the pebble is part of the mountain the mountain is part of the pebble. Sai took on fuuinjutsu before going into the jounin exams.
Jounin Exam:The exams were more than difficult for Sai. he was put into a dead end mission that would lead to death. Sai was put into a dead lock with his brother being more adapt to the kind of exams being taken. Sai was unable to become a jounin, but his brother was able to. Sai asked him how he did it, but his brother only gave him a hint. It was to never give up on a mission. Sai tried again the next year with that knowledge thought out. Sai then realized that even though the mission was a dead end fight, Sai only needed to see it through rather than giving in easily. Sai was able to become a jounin. All that time his own team had graduated to chuunin.
Jounin Arc:His sensei reguarded him as an equal and they took on not only a rnak missions but S rank missions. Sai's team took ont eh jounin exams over the next two years. His team was unable to become all jounin because the exams changed during each attemtion. Sai's growth was stunted; he was only able to find his brother as the challenge he needed, but he didn't want to harm him in any way. Years passed with Sai still being a another jounin.
Whent he Tsuchikage offered him a very important mission, he was sent with his brother to escort a very important man on a long dangerous road. Sai had trouble keeping his cool; his brother was clearly stronger than him and had shown no weakness. Sai felt trapped in a cage, with the floor of standards to keep him up and ever extending bars to keep him from climbing out to surpass his brother. The mission was successful but difficult. Sai was able to tell his brother that he was cleary the older and superior one. Sai's brother wnet on a solo mission that was difficult for any shinobi. He applied for Anbu and this mission was the bar. Sai's brother wnet missing during the mission and it crushed Sai. He vowed to find him one day, but years passed before Sai was able to grow to that level. Sai didn't take the mission, but instead used his mental abilities to take on a difficult path of his own. He became the Tsuchikage's assistant.
ANBU Arc:RP Sample: RP Test"Tsuchikage-sama, I have those papers you requested for the...." Sai's forehead became covered in drops of sweat. His long violet hair flowed in the wind becasue the window was open. "Lord-Tsuchikage?" Sai walked closer to the empty chair and desk. "This is abit out of character isn't it?" Sai put his fan over his head and looked out the window. "How am I kidding, this is perfectly normal for him." Sai place the papers in his hand on the desk. He started walking toward the door when the devil himself walked in.
"Did my order get here?" The Tsuchikage walke din half drunk with a bottle in his hand. Sai's facial expression became worried.
"What order?" Sai looked out the window again and stared off at the gate to the building. "Lord Tsuchikage?!" Sai pointed his fan at him. "You've been out colaberating with the ring of that bottle havn't you?!" The Tsuchikage limped over to his desk ignoring Sai.
"What of it? It's not like you can stop me." Sai squinted and he frowned. "Ha, what's a girl like you going to do about it?" Sai's eyes twitched and he placed his hand over his face.
"Lord Tsuchikage, it's me Sai. ou remember I'm a male right?" he looked over with his face in a gaze.
"How about you get that dress off and odd looking bird off you're head and we can see who is the guy in our relationship." He put his bottle on the desk.
This is going to become ugly; I can feel his stench eat my nose. Sai walked around the Tsuchikage and toward the door. He put his hand on it and used his detection seal on the door.
If anyone comes in, I'll be able to warn them. I might have to place a paralyzation seal on him too. Who knows when he'll forget about his job and go out on some mission again? Sai walked closer to the Tsuchikage. He stumbled around and swung at Sai.
I've no clue about his abilities with the drunken fist, so I'm going to do this a quickly as possible. Sai jumped back at another of the Man's swings.
Ok he's still able to swing his arms around at considerable speed. "Lord tsuchikage, may I ask why you are attacking me?"
"Why are you moving so fast? i'm going to reease the 12th gate on you if I can't move that fast!" The Tsuchikage ran for Sai, he unfortuantly was too fast for his own good and he hit the door way. Sai's seal was hit directly. "SPIES! THEY ARE WATCHING US!" Sai looked at the Tsuchikage.
I need to divert him, but he's still the strongest man here. Sai made a serious face and then looked into the man's eyes. His fingers came together and he preformed the transformation jutsu. Sai appeared as female without a Kimono or dress. His curves became life like and his chest was round infront.
"Tsuchikage-sama, come here." He smiled in a tantalyzing manner.
He he comes, I've got him. Sai stood still with a layer of mist covering the new parts.
"Sai, what are you doing here?" The Tsuchikage asked in amazment. Sai smiled as hard as he could with his eyes glaring at the man in anger.
Is this what he thinks I look like? Sai released the jutsu and became normal again.
"LORD TSUCHIKAGE!!!!" Sai pulled out his fan and smacked the Tsuchikage several times on the head."IS THAT WHAT I AM TO YOU?! A GIRL WITH CHEAP WAYS AND ONLY BEAUTIY?!" The Tsuchikage was unaware of Sai's actions.
"Hellooo, what's your name?" The man smiled in drunk desire.
