Sharingan Rules!

Okay, this is one of the most important sections of the entire site. Especially because Uchiha are important, strong, and hard to determine stamina wise.

In Order to Achieve the first Tomoe of the Sharingan you must have been faced with a life or death situation in either a mission. Or an attack from an enemy shinobi. If they are faster then you and able to kill you, then it can unlock the Uchiha Blood within and allow you access to the first tomoe.

For a one tomoe, unmastered Sharingan:
-Should last 10 overall posts, Everyone in the thread.
-Only able to make a very good guess at a predicted movement
-Slightly better reaction time
-Slightly increased speed.
-Ability to copy jutsu up to D Rank
-Can stop gen up to D-rank

In order to master the one tomoe, you must be in at least 5 topics after having gained the ability. Cannot be less then six days after gaining the sharingan.

Mastered One Tomoe:
-Lasts 15 overall posts.
-Ability to copy jutsu up to C Rank
-Can stop gen up to D-rank

In order to get the Two Tomoe your stats must be the following AT LEAST
-spd=40
-Intl=30
-Agl=30
And you must have used the Mastered One Tomoe in 15 topics.

Unmastered Two Tomoe:
-Should last 10-12 posts depending on use.
-Ability to make a near perfect assumption of predicted movement.
-Better Reaction Time
-Increased Speed.
-Ability to copy jutsu up to B Rank
-Can stop gen up to C-rank

Must spend 5 topics using the unmasetered Sharingan with at least 7 of your own posts in it.

Master Two Tomoe:
-Should last 12-17 posts depending on use.
-Can stop gen up to B-rank

Required Stats for the Three Tomoe Sharingan.
-spd=60
-Intl=50
-Agl=50

Unmastered Three Tomoe:
-Should Last 10-15 posts depending on use.
-Ability to predict the next movement of an average shinobi.
-Ability to react to a misread in direction in some cases.
-Very good Reaction Time
-Great Speed increase.
-Ability to copy any jutsu that uses hand seals. Within the users ability to preform.
-Can hypnotize any shinobi equal and lesser strength. Unless their intell is =+ then the Uchihas(10% of all chakra to use)
-Can stop gen up to A-rank

Must have used the Unmastered version in Seven Full Topics.

Mastered Three Tomoe:
-Should Last from 15-20 posts depending on use.
-Can stop gen up to S-rank

Magenkyo will be done at a later date.

The stat increase for each level of Sharingan are as follows. ONLY while activated!

1 Tomoe:
Speed: +5
Agility: +5

2 Tomoe:
Speed: +10
Agility: +10

3 Tomoe:
Speed: +15
Agility: +15

Genin: 5
Chuunin: 10
Chuunin ANBU: 13
Jounin: 15
Jounin ANBU: 17
