Description: After Molding some raiton chakra in his mouth, Ningetsu releases all the molded chakra from his mouth, sending a medium sized bullet towards his target. While it is flying it is a very light bluish colour, further more while it is flying it slightly decreaces its size, as it looses some of its lightning chakra while flying, so by the time it flies 30 meters, its as big as a avarege persons fist. This is one of Ningetsu's most used techniques.
