Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is B ranked so if you purchase it it will take a lot of chakra even making one clone.

Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu should be out of the question for a genin, you can purchase it but it will take out a lot of your chakra, most likely all of it.

Do you still want to purchase them?

Also quick question, Does this apply for canon jutsu aswell?

And yeah i'm sure, my Genin has more chakra then a starting Jounin, so I should be okay. There was a reason I picked The Uzumaki ya know .
