Personality Description: Katus is just another Uchiha hopink to become a good Shinobi in the future. His always nice to everybody and never insults people, unless his really pissed off. His the kind of person who treats everyone equally and doesn't care about orgin or abilities. He wants everyone o be his friends. Despite his friendly personality and good looking appearance, Kisai can kill with cold blood when someone is attacking his friends. He stays calm in life and death situations and in addition his a rapid learner and understands the situation better tham any shinobi his age.

History:
Kisai is just another Uchiha kid. He the older brother of Tora Uchiha.
Pre-Academy Arc:
There are fwe Uchiha gennin, but even if Kisai isn't the most talented one, he is the nicest. Kisai's power is rather average comparing to other uchihas and nothing special. The one thing which you can call superior over any other uchiha is his personality. When most Uchihas seak for power and nothing else, Kisai just want to be acknowldged. He wants friends and people to hang out with.

Academy Arc:
Even thought Kisai graduated the year he should be and not to early, Kisai was still on top of his class in results. He didn't pay any attention in class always laughing with friends and still aced the tests. The only draw back was that he spent as much time in the academy as any other average shinobi. Other Uchiha's apparently supprased him, but he was tho only one who could preform medican ninjutsu due to his high chakra control.

Genin Arc:
As a Gennin, Kisai proved himself to be strong and clod headed but also cold blood killer. He was his team's medical ninja so he had often saved their friend's lifes. He never awakned his sharingan, as he was always under protection as the medic so he was never close enough to dieing to awaken it. He went on many missions and proved his worth as a shinobi and as an Uchiha. During his gennin years he failed the chuunin exam once in the forest of death when his stupid team member opened the scroll putting all of them to sleep.

Chuunin Exam:
Kisai tried once for chuunin exams, but failed. He was good with combat but had stupid team members. Kisai had a good chance of winning it if he only got to the last stage, but his team member opened the scrool in the forest of death putting him and the rest of his team to sleep. Now that the chuunin exams start soon, Kisai hopes to try again. Becoming a chuunin means everything to him right nwo.

Name: Hibashiri - Running Fire
Description: Hibashiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. To utilize this technique, Gitai will first be under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. This will grant him Fire chakra, which he will use to generate jets of fire which will race towards his target and surround them. This fire can be made more powerful with the introduction of wind from a wind element attack.

Name: Karyuudan - Fire Dragon Projectile
Description: Karyuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create mud projectiles using the Doryuudan technique. The ninja will then blow a large flame to ignite the mud projectiles.

Name: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Mist Waltz Technique
Description: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.
