Looks Description: Miyako has long white hair that ends at her tailbone with a vivid red ribbon tied in it like a headband. She has startling deep blue eyes which contrast with the rest of her appearence and outfit. She always wears the attire as pictured in the image above which consists of a strapless black and red dress which cuts into a diamond shape on her stomach before stretching down to her upper thighs in length. The sides are slightly longer than the front. Across her shoulders is a red shrug clasped together with a silver cross. On her arms she has black sleeves with white cuffs that go above her elbows and end just before her shrug. Her knees and shins are covered with black pieces of material kept in place with a brown strap and silver buckle. She often wears regular black sandals on her feet, but sometimes she wears heeled brown ones.

Her seal is located across her shoulders and half-way down her back, which is why she wears the red shrug instead of leaving the dress strapless. She isn't ashamed of what is sealed within her, she just prefers to keep it a secret for when she comes into combat with another shinobi so they just think she is a regular ninja without any additions to her skills. The few physical things changed due to her being a Jinchuriki also are her long fingernails and toenails to resemble a cat, and a two 'whisker' lines across her cheeks.

Miyako is quite often told that she is attractive, but in truth she rarely pays attention. She doesn't think that she's ugly, or pretty either. She's happy for who she is, and won't let anyone tell her otherwise. Her frame is slender and not very built up due to her not being very adept at any physical form of combat. She doesn't use her strength to fight unless she is in her Jinchuriki form when her strength does increase. Even then she chooses not to use brute force.




Personality Description: Miyako is a very surprising individual to say the least. She appears mainly very calm, collected and professional when she is on a mission. More than likely, she'd be the one to be causing trouble somehow. She likes to be hyper-active while around other people, but completely the opposite when she is left alone at night to watch the stars. At heart, she is a very shy girl. She refuses to get to know anyone else that she doesn't know without another friend with her for a little bit of confidence. She has never been very good at dealing with boys. She just acts herself as much as physically possible, but mostly avoids speaking to them because she's scared of what they'd think.

She is a very intelligent girl, and she can make new stratagies up on the drop of a hat when in battle. She likes to fight more with her head than brute force, just because she doesn't have the strength. She's good at evading attacks and keeping on her toes, which is always a good thing. Her mind is most likely elsewhere when she is out of battle, however. She is very absent-minded and will just drift off from a conversation to notice a pretty colour in the sky, for example. Her friends are used to it however, and just prompt her back into the conversation when this happens.

Little changes to her personality have happened due to her having Nibi sealed within her. She does have an irrational fear of water though, and will instinctively hiss at someone who is harrassing her or annoying her. She doesn't mind people knowing about her being a 'demon', but she doesn't like it if anyone sees the seal across her shoulders and down her back. This is why she's very cautious about what she wears. She will never wear thin strapped or strapless shirts without some sort of shrug or cardigan over the top of it.

In a fight, Miyako will never give up. When she is knocked out or simply cannot go on any more, that is the only excuse to lose. Other than that, she always fights to win, no matter who she is facing.

History:

Pre-Academy Arc: A young girl was the only place for Kumogakure to seal the Two Tailed Bijuu inside of, and after a very reluctant go-ahead from her parents, the girl had the Bijuu sealed within her using a Balanced Seal. The seal was placed across her shoulders and back which was something the mother hated. She didn't want to be constantly reminded of their daughter's 'infliction', but there was nothing she could do. From that day onwards, their daughter developed small similarities to a cat. Despite her mother's early concern of her daughter becoming a monster, Miyako was always a very intelligent young girl in her childhood. She read books, she asked very bizzare questions for her age and she always wanted to learn new things. It gave her great delight to know that she could learn something most other people didn't know. Her parents saw her obvious talent in Genjutsu skills from here onwards due to them both being high ranking ninja in Kumogakure. So, they decided to enroll her into the Academy, where their daughter could learn all sorts of new skills that would satisfy her need to learn, and provide her with a career choice for when she was older. Miyako was confused at first as to what a shinobi was, so her father took her to the local sparring area so she could observe what happened in a spar.

Miyako was soon determined that she would become a shinobi after watching many different skills needed to become a ninja. She was aged 8 when she went off to the Academy and couldn't wait to widen her knowledge.

Academy Arc: Very soon after she had joined up at the Academy, Miyako's sensei soon noticed her talent for Genjutsu as her parents did a few years before. She was very eager and quick to learn the basic skills needed for Genjutsu techniques. She also had very good control over her chakra because of this, earning the class of a Control Specialist. Her sensei explained to her parents that this was very rare for someone of her age, but a blessing none the less. Miyako's mother was very relieved to say the least. She had never expected her daughter to have so much control, and that would be good for utilizing her Bijuu's power later on.

Miyako's father was left the duty of telling her about Nibi. He did so in great detail, and Miyako wasn't so much bothered about the demon sealed within her, she was happy that she had learned something so amazing about herself. This again surprised both her parents. They were expecting her to instantly go into self denial; but instead Miyako seemed even more determined to do well and one day fully control her Bijuu like a 'partner', as she often put it. The parents both knew that would be very difficult indeed because of the seal used to keep Nibi in it's prison.

Miyako later showed some talent for Ninjutsu, and so was taught all about the different elemental affinities that there were. She had a natural affinity to fire due to the fire breathing abilities of Nibi, and she was also told that by her mother. This little girl was quickly becoming like a fountain of knowledge, despite her young age.

At the age of 12, Miyako graduated from the Academy with very high grades in her written examinations. Her Ninjutsu skills were good, and her Genjutsu contributed to this too. She came out as one of top of the class, about 2nd or 3rd. She was happy with this, and took pride in knowing that now she was a Genin, she could learn more jutsu and control of Nibi. So far, her Bijuu had been very placid indeed. Nibi hadn't disturbed anything to do with Miyako's life as of yet. Not until Miyako decides to push the boundaries on her limitations anyway...

RP Test The sun streamed in through the window of Amiya's main office, making her squint in the sudden light. She groaned and rubbed her eyes, sitting up from her desk as she realised she had fell asleep on some paperwork again. 'I always manage to do this recently...' She thought to herself before yawning and looking to the side of her and smiling. Someone had made her a black coffee to wake her up. 'Thank God! If I didn't have my coffee then most people would hate me.' She took hold of the cup and blew gently across the mug's top to cool the boiling liquid inside it before taking a sip. Her eyes closed in a some what dreamy content before she opened them again and focused on her paperwork.

It seemed that she had almost finished it, so she could just can through and go to have a day to herself for a change. That rarely happened as of late; more paperwork and legal documents had been finding their way to her in the past two weeks. The dark circles beneath her eyes told most people that much. For once in her life, she looked older than her age of 22.

"Right!~ This won't take me that long." She told herself and nodded, picking up her pen and reading through the document to refresh her memory. It was just some requests for missions; something that she saw a lot sitting on her desk in the 'To be done' pile. D rank, D rank, D rank... just a very long list of low ranked missions. All she had to do at the end was sign her name on the dotted line and put it in the 'Mission' pile. Her desk was very well organised, with many neatly stacked piles. She definitely took her job seriously.

Finally, when the name Amiya Chinatsu was scrawled across the line at the bottom of the page, she placed it aside and laughed when she saw no more work to be done.
"Yes! This means I can have a day to myself!" She cheered, jumping up from her large chair and smiling brightly. All of a sudden she looked young and full of life once more. She tucked a loose strand of her blond hair behind her ear before gathering some files into her shoulder bag and throwing it over her right shoulder.

She strode out of the office, downing her cup of black coffee and hanging her Hokage attire on the hook next to the office door. Underneath the robe she was wearing a mid-thigh length powder blue dress and a pair of wedged golden sandals on her feet. The straps of the dress were chunky and joined together at the back in a bow, and her blond hair was left loose after she took off her Hokage hat.
"Bye everyone, see you all tomorrow!" She called to the number of other ninja milling around the other offices. They all waved and wished her a good day before she bounced out of the door and basked in the bright sunlight.

'Well, what can I do now...?' She asked herself as she wandered absently down the street. She was occassionally waved at by some passers by, and she politely smiled and waved back. Her beloved husband was still at work, so she had to live without seeing him until the evening. She gently twirled her wedding ring round on her ring finger as she thought; a pretty recent habit of hers. 'I could go up to the Hokage Mountain. It has an amazing view of the village.' She thought happily.

So, she took a sharp and last minute turn towards the monuments, humming gently under her breath as she did so. She skipped a few steps when she leaped effortlessly up to the top, seeing three other men gathered there. Of course she recognised all three of them; Tyki, Adair and Saito, two of whom were only some of the village's Sanin. Adair, on the other hand was an ANBU member. She secretly wondered what he was doing off work, but she guessed that he wasn't in work today.

Amiya fluidly sat herself on one of the barriers facing the others and smiled, waving.
"Hello, everyone!~ If I'm correct, your names are Tyki, Adair and Saito?" She ended in a sort of question, just in case she was wrong. Sometimes her memory wasn't the best in the world, even she had to admit. "Of course I remember Tyki." She smiled at the one man whom she had saved at one point in her expansive history.
