Kekkei Genkei:The Dark Release (冥遁, Meiton) jutsu are techniques that can be used to absorb, manipulate, and release chakra taken from an opponent. It seems that techniques of this element are channeled through a mark on the user's left hand. This mark resembles two diamonds, one overlapping the other. Chakra is absorbed through the upper square, while it is released and manipulated through the lower. The elements combined to create this nature are unknown.

Formation of the Clan: The head of the clan is Nurarihyon. The clan is for people who felt that they are not needed. So , the head brings the people to a certain place and let them join the clan. Nurarihyon met a women and fell in love with her. Her name is Yohime and marry him.The clan began to increase in population and many people join the clan.After a few years, the son of Yohime and Nurarihyon was born.

His name was Rihan Nura. He is the 2nd head of the clan and people seem to show interest in him and the clan. The clan increase rapidly and Rihan Nura was married. After a year , the son of Rihan Nura , the grandson of Nurarihyon and the 3rd head of the clan was born.His name is Rikuo Nura.After a few weeks after Rikuo's birth , a traitor killed Rihan Nura and some of the members of the clan.Rikuo, his mother , Nurarihyon and some members seems to survived but they ran away to a save place. After a few years , the clan began to increase in number very quickly. The traitor was killed by Rikuo when he was 6 years old.

Description:in order to forcibly extract the physical and spiritual energy of another ninja and absorb it through the upper square of the mark on his left hand. It appears that he is able to completely remove the victim's chakra, potentially causing death. After using this ability, the user is able to detect their natural elemental affinity, and then manipulate the victim's chakra and perform ninjutsu of that element. This allows him to deconstruct and learn the abilities of his opponents, and he can presumably utilize all forms of Nature Transformation as a result.

It makes no sense and is OP. Your Kekkei Genkei says nothing about being able to read what the other persons affinty is. And it doesnt say you can remove their chakra from your bloodline, so that makes this jutsu WAY OP

size and power. They're capable of being very destructive, as when one
exploded, it destroyed a large area of a village in a huge column of
explosion which dwarfed the surrounding buildings. At C rank , the user can summon up to 50 wolves.At B rank , te user can summon up to 150 wolves. At A rank , the user can summon up to 300 wolves. At S rank , the user can summon at an unlimited number.

Looks like something you would need a Summoning Scroll for.
